Cultural Heritage/Japan Heritage
Dogu (clay figurines) excavated from the Kajoji site

Standing just 4 centimeters tall, the delicate features—eyes, nose, mouth and fingers—of this adorable tiny dogu (clay figurine) are expressively rendered, giving us an intimate insight into Jomon art. This is a municipally designated Tangible Cultural Property.
