“Furusato Bunka Denshokan” (History and Cultural Tradition) Museum of Minami-Alps City
This museum stores and displays archaeological artifacts and folk handicrafts from the near past in Minami-Alps City. One of the highlights of this exhibition is the Middle Jomon Period (c. 3,500?2,500 BC) clay figurine (dogu) called “La Vie, Goddess of Fertility” from Imojiya site, which was designated National Important Cultural Property in 1995.
