The Shakado Museum of Jomon Culture is connected to the Shakado Parking Area of the Chuo expressway. This museum was established in 1988 after the rescue archaeological projects of the Shakado site relating to the construction of the expressway. This museum offers a scenic view of the Kofu Basin. You can enter the museum through the Shakado Parking Area.
